I made it up. An artist friend is making really beautiful stick people with sticks and yard and small pieces of fabric. So just thinking of that led me to this idea. We have lots of sticks and it was easy to put together simple stick people with a little string and wire and we all had fun with it. Hopefully it will keep the evil at bay.

It’s a new thing to me. Never heard of doing stick persons representing the past (?).
